These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messaging programs operated by dots, Inc. (DBA dots SPACE) and related dots brands (“dots”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy. Our general Terms and Conditions also apply where relevant.
Program description
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example via web form, checkout, keyword, or verbal/written consent), you consent to receive recurring automated and/or conversational text messages from dots. Messages may include appointment reminders, membership or mailbox updates, account notifications, and customer care replies.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel.
- Help: Reply HELP or email hello@dotsspace.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
